How to apply to a Mutual Images conference?
We invite you to check the different Call for Presentation that are published for each conference. To view the different conferences organised this year, select them on the drop-down menu.
Make sure to send your abstract submission before the indicated deadline. Once passed this deadline, we cannot guarantee that your submission will be considered.
For any further information, you can contact us at: email@example.com
Abstracts should be in Word format with the following information and in this order:
- a) title of abstract, b) body of abstract, c) up to 10 key words, d) author(s), e) affiliation, f) email address.
Please use plain text (Garamond 11) and abstain from using footnotes and any special formatting, characters or emphasis (such as bold, italics or underline).
All abstracts will be anonymously reviewed.
We acknowledge receipt and answer to all paper proposals submitted. If you do not receive a reply from us in a week you should assume we did not receive your proposal. We suggest, then, to resend it.
Papers might be considered for inclusion in the peer-reviewed Journal Mutual Images.
Please note that we are a not-for-profit association and we are not in a position to assist with conference travel or subsistence. Please contact your own university or corresponding research organizations for possible funding.
